Experience & Approach

I’ve worked across medical centers, clinics, and schools, supporting clients of all ages. Special interest in trauma (accidents, abuse, illness). I combine psychological & psychometrical testing with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and psychotherapy to help you make steady progress.
